A detailed list of the terms and conditions that apply to all our hunting safaris in South Africa.
These Terms and Conditions govern all hunting safari services arranged or provided by African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd. By requesting a quotation, making a booking, paying a deposit, or participating in a safari, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions, “Company” refers to African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd. “Client” refers to any hunter, observer, or person making a booking. “Safari” refers to hunting-related services, accommodation, guiding, and associated logistics provided or arranged by African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions become binding once a Client pays a deposit, confirms a booking in writing, or participates in any Safari arranged by African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd. If the Client does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Client must not proceed with a booking or participate in the Safari.
African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, change, suspension, or cancellation arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, governmental actions, border closures, strikes, riots, civil unrest, or interruption of transport services.
African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking will apply to that booking unless otherwise agreed in writing by African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the confirmed quotation or booking confirmation issued by African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd, constitute the entire agreement between African Sky Hunting Advenutures (Pty) Ltd and the Client regarding the Safari services.
A deposit of 20% is required upon booking your hunting safari. The balance is payable upon completion of the safari. Only trophies taken or wounded are charged for.
If you book one of our special packages and do not take the trophies included, a credit is given at 90% of the list price of the trophy for the trophies that you did not take or wound. This should, however, rarely be necessary.
If the hunting safari is canceled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
AS Hunting Adventures, its agents and employees shall not be held liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control.
AS Hunting Adventures, its agents and employees, accept no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence. The client shall be deemed to have waived, renounced and abandoned any and all right or entitlement which the client may be entitled to under the provisions of the law of the Republic of South Africa for any loss or damage to person or property.
AS Hunting Adventures shall not be held liable for any loss or expense arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of the hunting safari however caused, save only to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by the hunting outfitter's negligence.
Clients may not carry any unlawful articles or substances while in South Africa, Zimbabwe or any Southern African country where a hunting safari is being conducted with AS Hunting Adventures. If any hunter or observer offends against the prohibitions set out herein, the hunting outfitter will be entitled to immediately exclude from the safari hunting party the offender who will be responsible for his or her own repatriation and all costs thereof. AS Hunting Adventures will under no circumstances assist any such offender in any dealings or negotiations with any authority.
In all matters where it is or may be necessary to have recourse to the Court, the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country and the law of the Republic of South Africa shall prevail.
