Eastern Cape Hunting Camps and Lodges

The Camps and Lodges we use on our hunting safaris in the Eastern Cape are all very comfortable, even luxurious. All modern amenities are available in each of the camps. The specific camp from which your safari will be conducted is determined by us prior to the start of your safari after evaluating variables such as potential droughts, trophy numbers and quality and a host of other factors which can influence your hunting safari. All hunting safaris we conduct in the Eastern Cape are conducted from one of these camps or lodges. Our success rate is very close to 100%.

Primary Hunting Camp in the Eastern Cape

This camp is set in beautiful countryside not far from the town of Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape. The camp has been developed by a retired professional hunter who spent over 25 years hunting African Game and is specifically designed to meet the requirements of hunters on safari.

Accommodation at this camp consists of four stand alone cottages. The cottages are tastefully decorated in an African theme and each is equipped with electricity and an en suite bathroom, Camp staff have been sourced from the surrounding lodges and each is well trained and dedicated to making your stay a rewarding experience.

A central dining and bar area provides a welcome place for relaxation after a long days hunting with an adjacent fire pit and lapa where tales of the days hunt and other hunting adventures can be shared around the fire. The camp offers sweeping views of the surrounding hills and is located in an area where a rich diversity of plains game can be hunted.

Hunting Camp 2

Set overlooking a deep ravine with a stream meandering through the rolling hills of the Eastern Cape this camp provides quality accommodation in a setting which can only be described as breathtaking. The camp is built in the style of bungalows under thatch which is so common in Southern Africa. It blends well with the natural surroundings and provides exceptional accommodation in this part of South Africa.

Four en suite bedrooms, which are stylishly decorated can accommodate up to eight clients. A large central dining and lounge area has sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. It is decorated with some magnificent trophies and provides a great atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy sumptuous meals which are prepared daily by your own personal chef.

The surrounding area is characterized by hilltops covered by open grassland and densely wooded ravines and valley's. This diversity in vegetation creates an ideal habitat to a large diversity of plains game species and offers the hunter varied experiences in the pursuit of the various species found in the area.
